Haven't been able to go to a Noodles and Co in quite a while since leaving home, but while in the area I was able to pop by for some pad thai for the first time in a long time! Absolutely delicious and such kind folks, especially the lovely lady at the register helping with morning prep work. So kind and nice, I just had to share how lovely a quick lunch it was! I missed Noodles and Co!

Nice people, and the noodles were good. The tofu was like chewing on a flat tire. Firm. Very firm, as ill to nosh. Hatred. It was so firm that it tasted like revenge. Plague on purpose - no sense, just on purpose.

Chicken might have been the better option, as not even Jesus would forgive the tofu there.

The noodles were pretty good, but I am scarred against eating tofu in their eatery - as though it were anathema, as though I had bubble...
