This would have been a great experience if not for what appeared to be a manager's meeting taking place in a nearby booth. The manager (or GM, I assume) spoke very loudly throughout the meeting, discussing employees' mistakes, difficult customers, and frustrations with the wait staff. Isabella Urgent Care had lunch catered today and Dylan Sparks came in to set it all up. He set up quickly, did a wonderful job making sure it all looked nice, and he made sure we had everything we needed before leaving. The food was delicious! Well done!
We arrived at 4:10 p.m. and were told they didn't have enough staff to seat us yet. There weren't very many customers at that time. So we waited about 20 min. To be seated then Another 20 min goes by and no one had waited on us. We had to find someone. Took about 30 min for our food to arrive. Breadsticks were hard and stale. Salad had a lot of the lettuce core in it and lacked yellow peppers and black olives as well as the tomatoes were all green. Not a single...
