I can't say enough good things about the service that we had. I have never experienced exceptional service like that before! And the food as always was absolutely delicious. I can't find a single negative thing to say. Great job!
This would have been a great experience if not for what appeared to be a manager's meeting taking place in a nearby booth. The manager (or GM, I assume) spoke very loudly throughout the meeting, discussing employees' mistakes, difficult customers, and frustrations with the wait staff. Unfortunately, it was distracting and not something guests should be overhearing while trying to enjoy their meal. The service and overall experience were otherwise good, but the volume...
Isabella Urgent Care had lunch catered today and Dylan Sparks came in to set it all up. He set up quickly, did a wonderful job making sure it all looked nice, and he made sure we had everything we needed before leaving. The food was delicious! Well done!
