Its our first time here and vary underwhelming the general assistant manager did not have a friendly vibe, all tables were dirty, had to clean our own table and no lids for the cups were avaliable most likely will not be coming back (edit was not given silverwear)

The food looked amazing and smelled great. The restaurant was very clean and nice looking. We’ve only been to a Panera bread once 8 years ago. My wife got a chicken bacon ranch sandwich and a Pepsi and I got a bacon Mac and cheese with a Mountain Dew. The total was $33, that was an insane price. I paid it because I thought maybe this food is super good and it might be worth that much. I found out it was only $33 because the lady at the register added on 2 bags of chips to our food without asking us or informing us. Now that we have the food and ate it, we left rather quickly because the portion was so small for that price so we finished fast. After I got home I spent more time on the toilet than in the restaurant and it took us probably 10 minutes to order and another 10 minutes to get our food plus the time it took to eat. So I don’t recommend this place.

Took forever at the window, then forgot my drink and my Caesar dressing and then when I asked to get my drink I got a small instead of the large that I ordered. Will not go back. Ever.
I've been very impressed with this Panera bread. Food is always fresh and delicious. The last time I went through the drive through, they forgot to give me a knife to put cream cheese on a bagel, so I had to run in which wasn't great. But, when I went in, the lady that was at the window saw me and asked what I needed.. she felt so bad, apologized and and gave us 2 free cookies because of her forgetfulness. I was very impressed-it was very professional how she handle it and she totally made up for the missing knife!!
