I've been very impressed with this Panera bread. Food is always fresh and delicious. The last time I went through the drive through, they forgot to give me a knife to put cream cheese on a bagel, so I had to run in which wasn't great. But, when I went in, the lady that was at the window saw me and asked what I needed.. she felt so bad, apologized and and gave us 2 free cookies because of her forgetfulness. It's meh. The food is restaurant prices but do not reflect that. It's good food but just high prices as you're paying for the brand and the popularity of the place kinda like Starbucks.
We visited the drive through on 8/26 at around 6:30pm. The staff was a bit short handed but would could tell they were doing their absolute best. Bailey, who was working the window handled a very rude customer (who was in the car behind us but decided to get out of her car and berate the staff at the drive though window on foot (twice)) like a professional.
