The manager of this Panera on duty at around 230 was very short with us and his employees! He did not greet us or smile! The food was put together very well and his staff was friendly!
This location is probably the worst I've been to, one employee up front who seemed chained to the register, not very friendly and didn't seem to want to actually move from there to wait on me as I was looking at the sweet's. Prices are also outrageous for those items.
So I came in and ordered a salad, cookie and coffee and I waited a good 45 minutes. I’m still not sure as to why because it wasn’t packed but had a steady stream of people coming and going. It seems as though their order of priorities in their system was off and I was asked by 3 employee about my order because they too felt as though I had been waiting for a really long time. The staff was kind and the food was decent but not waiting 45 minutes to get 3 items.
