Listen…I love Panera but at this location today I got the green goddess salad with chicken and the autumn squash soup as a you pick two. Unfortunately they did not put the pickled onion or the bacon on the salad. I would like my order to be done accurately…if you guys don’t have the bacon or the pickled onions please inform your customers as they are ordering.
I ordered delivery and my bag was missing a half sandwich, when I called they gave me a refund for the sandwich, and told me I could come get a replacement sandwich. When I picked up the sandwich they gave me a whole instead of a half and a cookie and a bag of chips. 10/10
My food did NOT look like the photo on the counter. Employee greeted me and was friendly.
The bathroom was dirty with a gull trash, especially the door where you would push it open was darker from dirt.
