Ponder is my go-to local coffee shop. Their regular menu of espresso/matcha drinks is rock solid, and they have a rotating menu of seasonal specials that are always fun to try. I lived in NYC for many years before moving back to Mt. Pleasant and, in terms of drink quality, Ponder is up there with some of my favorite coffee spots in Brooklyn and Manhattan. Staff are friendly and well-trained, and the owners clearly care about putting together a good menu with quality ingredients.

Hands down one of the best coffee shoops in the neighbourhood'!The ambiance is amazing, the customer service is outstanding and everything in the menu is delicious.Their variety of hot and creative drinks is especially impressive. The staff always make me feel genuinely welcome and you can tell they put a lot of care and passion into everything they make - it truly comes through in every sip.

One can not go wrong with Ponder. It is an incredibly consistent local chain with incredible selection and value. The wifi is solid and working/chatting here is always a great time.

This is a must-see Mount Pleasant gem!
