I was driving through Munising, and I wanted somewhere quick and tasty to stop. I am very grateful for Border Grill being here. They have really delicious vegetarian food, however I would have loved a larger portion. I got the vegetarian bowl, and I would say it was about half the amount of bowl I would want. Looking around, I think I should have gotten the burrito because I think it is a larger portion.

The food was quick to come out! We got the shrimp taco, baja fish taco, gourmet and carne asada burrito. Shrimp was fantastic, burritos were pretty good, baja was very plain. Most hot sauce and salad up to level 4 were not spicy whatsoever (coming from a person who cant tolerate much heat). I will say portions of tortilla chips were very small, 8 tortilla chips with the burrito. Other than that it had great views!

I really enjoy visiting for the creative twists on traditional Mexican dishes. The space has a fantastic, high-energy atmosphere that makes it a fun place to grab a meal and some cocktails. It’s always a solid choice when I’m looking for something bold and flavorful.
