Cap'n Ron's Fish 'N' Chips

I'm a little late in my review but I go there at least every couple of weeks in the summer. Guy who is the cook recognizes me now and knows what I want. ROFL The whitefish is OFF THE HOOK!! Fries are awesome. Coleslaw is the BOMB!!! The guys in the trailer cannot be beat!!!! Go check them out (in the summer). ROFL

Best fried fish I’ve ever had. Lightly breaded and fried. The fish was so fresh and juicy. Fries and coleslaw were also great. Friendly service. We purchased smoked fish and dip and they gave us ice and a box to put it in to keep it cool while we are out on our boat cruise. We will be back 😎

I ate while staying in Munising for a day, and I can definitely recommend this amazing food truck! The fries and fish here are absolutely delicious! 🙌💯

A top notch outdoor food truck right next to the fishery. Excellent whitefish and fries at a totally reasonable price. Definitely worth the stop.

Wow they hit the spot on a great Fish and French fries meal. The fries were cooked in a separate fryer and were so hot and crispy 👍🏽 The fish was battered perfectly 👌 we checked out the smoked fish store and seen that Gordon Ramsey came and did a episode with Captain Ron😎

By far the most delicious fish I've eaten in the US.
I tried the Fried Fish Basket (5 pieces) and it was wonderful, especially if you dip the fish in the tartare sauce!!! I could eat it both for lunch and dinner cause the portion is very big and includes fries, coleslaw and tartare sauce!!
The price is very reasonable for the high quality they offer!!
I wish I could go back every day!!

Was in Michigan for a week before I was able to get some smoked whitefish and it happened to be at Captain Ron’s . It was everything I expected. Had a piece left over for my travels back to Illinois!
