The chicken is super good, I recommend it
Small town American Legion Post. Volunteers cook and serve delicious trout, whitefish, lake perch, walleye, haddock and shrimp dinners. Modest soup and salad bar at good prices. Must be a Legion member to order alcohol which is typical for private clubs.
Tonight was great. The members of the Moose Lodge and tge American Legion came together and formed a community to help support a family that was devasted by fire and made dinner for us all! It fed my soul and my belly. It was, and always is, a welcoming atmosphere with great food!

The American Legion is a beloved local spot for delicious and reasonably-priced meals. Their Friday fish fry is a must-try, featuring a variety of fresh, locally-caught white fish and lake trout, cooked to perfection. The walleye is a standout, but the perch, haddock, and other options are all excellent as well. In addition to the fantastic fish, the restaurant also serves up fantastic burgers, including a mouthwatering mushroom Swiss burger, as well as homemade onion rings. The friendly and attentive staff add to the welcoming atmosphere, making the American Legion a great choice for a casual and satisfying dining experience.
