We came here four years ago and it is even better than I remember. So delicious a must stop if you're in Munising. Sam the owner is the chef and he's such a great guy who takes great pride in his products. Always a delicious meal. We stopped in our way home from a trip and had the broiled whitefish. I had lemon pepper seasoning and my husband had Mediterranean seasoning. Coleslaw and hand cut fries were fabulous as always. Love this version of the whitefish. Thanks Sam your the best!“

“Don’t go to the other fish shop in this strip, stop here. We learned the hard way.We stopped at the other fish shops before making this our last one. It’s not as flashy as the other ones, but that’s what makes it so good. They can focus on making the fish dip and smokes fish way better than the other shops, rather than making the aesthetic match those vacationing here.My fiancé always stops here for Bret’s whitefish dip and buys extra for the 8 hour drive home and some for the weeks that we are not out here.They do take a vacation during the summer. You just need to call to see if they are open. One week we were up here and found out they were out for the week. Going into winter, they do close down for the season. I think it’s the owner, she is very kind and my fiancé just loves the whitefish dip she makes. Make sure to have cash. If I remember right, they don’t take card. It is a smaller business, so be kind and have patience!Parking: Easy to find parking. You can park right out in front of the entrance!“

“Wonderful place for a great burger and homemade onion rings. I had the mushroom Swiss burger with lettuce, tomato, pickle and onion. Everything was the delicious, reasonably priced and the people were so friendly. Would certainly come back again!“
