First off this is an old fashioned Dairy Queen and we loved that… it was so fitting for the area and the young folks working inside were happy, cheerful and so polite. Standard Dairy Queen menu, a few picnic tables in the area. Really loved this location and the PBP and Blizzard we got were a perfect end to a picturesque day.
Stopped by tonight, it w as about 7:57pm, I said to my kid I hope they dont close at 8.
Well soon as we got into the van after getting our stuff, they closed at 8pm.
The staff was so nice, as always, but I feel horrible for stopping so close to closing time. I do NOT do that.
Mylee was so sweet even when we were so close to closing time.

Classic DQ. Blue dipped cone was delicious. Agree about local kids learning customer service. (I was okay with a large instead of a medium. ) Happy, friendly servers. Nice way to finish the day with an ice-cream treat.
