Tracey's at Roam Inn

Nick has crafted a fabulous food and delectable cocktail menu. We especially enjoyed the wagyu steak frites, horiatiki, Nick's pineapple whiskey sour, and cherry jamboree. Thanks for the great service and company on our honeymoon this week! Yes, the food is pricey, but it's high quality, gourmet dining. I'd wager this is the best restaurant in the county.

An amazing and upscale restaurant hidden away in the Roam Inn. Quiet atmosphere and amazing dishes. Their chef's are awesome and their staff is attentive.

Special points to Nick. He was able to offer great service while being a server down for the evening. He gave great recommendations for a great U.P. unique whiskey, and his cocktails were at the top of the reasons to come in.

I would highly recommend it to anyone in the area looking for an upscale place to have some fine dining.

We enjoyed Tracey's. It was a bit more 'high-brow' than we were expecting in such a small town on the edge of civilization. The food was good, if a bit pricey, and we enjoyed the drinks. The service and atmosphere were nice. While in Michigan, get the fish. It is delicious!

What a surprise! Did not expect to find such quality and delicious food in an unassuming restaurant. The prices are a little on the higher end but this is fine dining in a casual setting. And the service was stellar! Jaime is the most delightful person and we enjoyed our interactions. We ate here both nights of our stay and requested Jaimie's sexton the second night. Her recommendations were spot on. Try the cheese curds!

My husband and I visited last week and we were blown away!!! The staff was super friendly, the cocktails were perfect, the Calamari was outstanding and the casino butter made me drool a little. The bone marrow burger was the best I've ever had, the Whitefish Triangoli was a treat for the senses and the Umami fries were a culinary delight! We tipped the kitchen as well because the food they're putting out is TOP NOTCH, that comes from a team that works well together and it shows. Kudos Traceys on an Excellent dining experience, you are a true gem to the UP❤️❤️❤️

Our server was very knowledgeable about the area and about the food. The 7 ounce bison is awesome. The gravy definitely complemented it well.

The food was very disappointing at any price point. With all of the good reviews I expected more, in not only serving size, but in quality. Drinks were also overpriced. Service was good enough, but nothing to rave about. Go spend your money elsewhere. It’ll be more satisfying.

The food was great and the view was beautiful. I would recommend this place maybe if you have 2-3 hours to spend. My friend and I got the potato chip whitefish and the bison filet mignon. The filet was overcooked. Service was very slow and our waitress forgot about us and didn’t come to take our order until 20 minutes after we sat down. The restaurant got empty at the end and it still took the food over an hour to come out.

Date night was a success at Tracey’s, a restaurant inside The Roam Inn , you can eat inside or out on the deck. The deck has views of the lake near the high school. They serve small plates(enough for one) to full dinners. There is a great wine menu and drinks to be had. Also the rest room is inside to the left as you enter so close to the deck
