we have been regular customers for awhile now and got to know everyone by there first names. It was so sad to hear of Brian's firing especially infront of the staff?? give me a break where did you go to bosses school. we do understand that some staff quit on the spot in tears. Brian was connected to the staff and customers. so no we understand alot of the other staaf are leaving too!!! well that will me a reduced bussiness which you cannot afford and more lor less the closing...read full review
Honestly, my experience today made me a patron of this Big Boy for life.
My husband and I took our 4-year-old to celebrate her last day of school. The service was attentive and the food was good. While we were there, more of my family wanted to come and join us and have desserts so we stalled for a bit.
