I always have an amazing experience every time I come to the Apple location. Every one there is always kind and professional. The manager Lexi always greets me with a warm welcome and has really created a great atmosphere that really makes all the difference!
The atmosphere and drinks are amazing, I love going here to study and catch up on work; but as of recently, whenever I order a coffee, it can take up to 20 minutes and they put all focus on the drive thu orders (understandable, but still). They are polite about it, but 20 minutes for a coffee??
I absolutely love this Biggby location!! I visit everyday and the gals are so sweet 😊 they all know me by first name and I usually get 5 or 6 coffees a day and most of the gals know my whole order! There is occasion when new hires come on board where they need me to tell them but that is totally understandable! I have went to other locations and my coffee is very basic but this location always tastes the best. I recommend this location 100%. I have read some of the reviews...
