The food was great—I really enjoyed it. Unfortunately, the service was disappointing. They never asked if I wanted to make my order a meal at the speaker, so I clarified it at the window. The employees acted like it was a huge inconvenience. The bigger girl with the curly hair was passive-aggressive, and after asking which chips I wanted just moments earlier, she still gave me the wrong ones. The food was excellent, but the poor customer service took away from the overall...
Great atmosphere. Awesome food :bagels and smoothies but some of our teenage girls were warned we should call ahead if we are planning to come in as such a large group. We came in staggered over about 30 min after a soft all tournament game. We felt it was rude to address the concern with the young players. No one complained in our group about the wait. Everyone enjoyed their snacks and. We hope to use the location in the future. We also hope that we are welcomed back.
My son and I went today and ordered a couple of drinks, a wrap and a muffin. All of it was delicious! The staff were extraordinarily polite and friendly! We will go back, specifically to this location because of the staff alone.
