I visit here 2 to 3 times a week for lunch, because it's a short walk from my office. I place my order with Ms. Mairon every time. That woman is so efficient, polite, and works her rear end off running around that front counter. Shout out to hard-working women like Ms. Mairon.It's basically 1 of 2 fast-food joints in downtown Muskegon. Are they super busy? Yep. Are they understaffed? You betcha. The morning of the memorial day parade we were in a hurry and walked in and were greeted by a very nice lady. We ordered right away during the short time it took to get our food we talk to the friendly staff eat our food and got to the parade in plenty of time. Great staff here.

This gem of a restaurant was a pleasure to have lunch at. Very well run by the manager on duty who was also teaching a new staff member at the counter. The professionalism was easy to see as well as the pride all the staff took in their jobs.I also ordered a 'unique' Impossible Whopper and it was prepared exactly right and the 'meat' was hot as it should have been.
