Sternberg location currently has only 2 employees working. I get it can be frustrating but to complain about work and customers in front of other customers is extremely unprofessional. Then when you go to order you get attitude like your an inconvenience. If you dont like your job look for another.

Food taste terrible i stopped eating there at fast food anything i stopped for just fries and they were undercooked and we're cold with no salt no even a napkin it's eathier no napkins or 500 why can't I have just 2 or 3 and why do I always have to go back because of something messed up I'm afraid you going to give me new fries with spit on it or something people are usally rude do I dont even bother I complain I'm the bad guy well ill just stop going and everyone's not rude but most...

First we pulled up to the window and they literally said our name and we pulled up slightly because of the line, it took about 20 minutes to get to the window maybe longer, then it took 10 minutes for them to open the window and tried to give us the wrong order, then the lady scrambled around and got another employee who said they didn’t even get the order receipt which is wild because THEY SAID OUR NAME AT THE SCREEN. Anyway we got there at 7 and left at 8, terrible costumer server, terrible cooking, terrible timing. The list goes on. Very disappointed.
Only two employees were there. They crushed it and did their best while they were swamped. Incredible staff. Management needs to step in better when short staffed.

Lady who took our order was awesome!!! The guy who was cooking on the other hand was upset cause he had to make cheesy tots. He was growling because he was angry. He is in customer service. His attitude was awful!!!!

For how busy it was my fries were cold and stale. I ordered HI-C orange and the cashier just assumed I would be okay with fruit punch. Burger made wrong but it was warm. Looks like a clean new place.
