We are not from the area, but visited on a trip. We were greeted warmly and then Patty the waitress was all smiles and friendly. She was great with my kids and just a patient sweet temperament. The food was also very good, so cherry on top.
Food was ok my liver was over cooked and I ordered crispy bacon and hashbrowns for my family and they didn't come out crispy. Also very small selection on available hot sauce as well back seating for large groups felt secluded and forgotten about.
I was first introduced to Cherokee by my wife and now late brother-in-law. The food is fantastic and the atmosphere is outstanding. Ever time my wife and I return the area we always try to stop.
