If you order pickup, they will mess up your order 9 times out of 10 and make you wait while they fix it and the rest of your food gets cold and soggy. Culvers charges a premium for fresh made food and the chances that you’ll end up with something better than a cheap place is zero unless you sit inside and eat.
Go eat somewhere else.
Sloppy place! All the big tables were filthy, and by the pop stand garbage everywhere. Disappointed
Tonight was our first time at Culvers in Muskegon. My husband got a burger basket and a chili, and I got the cod dinner. I have to say, the food was great. The service was so friendly and accommodating. My fish was so good that it had me wishing I could eat more, sadly I am not a big woman. We will be back, again and again.

Culver's is a nice looking establishment with a clean dining room. The location is easy to find right off the main road and highway. The staff provides fast, friendly, and accurate service, even when the place is busy. The food is super fresh, very delicious, and incredible. Specific items like the deluxe burger, rootbeer float, and the pumpkin pecan flavor of the day are fantastic. It is a highly recommended restaurant where they bring your food to your table.
