Arrived at this location at 8:08pm and tried to order at a speaker. It told me the business was closed for the night but people were in line and someone was actively ordering. I pulled around and double checked the hours and this location doesn’t close until 10pm. I circled around to the other speaker. I was asked to hold. After 10 minutes my order was finally taken. My order was correct but the service could use some improvement.

Tried Culver’s Spicy Chicken Sandwich and it hit the spot. Crispy, juicy chicken with just the right amount of heat, topped with fresh lettuce and pickles on a soft bun. Solid flavor without being overwhelming...definitely worth ordering again.

Went to get a mixer asked for snickers… they didn’t even ask what kind of ice cream I wanted. And just assumed I wanted chocolat. They should always ask what kind of flavor ice cream the customer wants it in. Do better.

Went through the drive through and the person who greeted me was extremely pleasant and she did a great job the food was exceptional as always but whoever made my concrete mixer did an excellent job! It’s hit or miss based on wanting the marshmallow with vanilla sometimes it comes out grainy or chalky but this was mixed PERFECTLY! Thanks for the great food and fast friendly service!! I was there Dec 9 around 4pm so that staff deserves kudos from the boss 😆🙏🏽

Don't go here unless you want to wait forever. The food is usually good and the staff nice. There are frequently mistakes and they struggle to apply coupons and specials properly. This would not bother me so much if they didn't act like I was an inconvenience for wanting the discount I was sent in my email. The huge issue here is the wait times. 30-35 min. On multiple occasions while I watched 15 cars go through the drive through who definitely didn't all order before me. One time there wer only two cars in the drive through when I came in and one person in line in from of me. It's wrong not to make the orders in the same order.as they are received. The waits are not always that long, but usually closer to 20 min. My husband took my daughter tonight and they waited over 20 min. For two scoops of custard! I don't understand this because we go to Grand Haven more often, they are busier and so much faster. It's usually out in less than 10 there, 15 at the most. I've been avoiding this location because we just don't have time to sit around waiting like that. Update...tried again tonight after a long absence. Half an hour wait for two meals at 8pm on a Thursday when barely anyone is around is inexcusable. We won't be back to dine in at this location.

Terrible customer service. I would much rather drive to Grand Haven and wait 20 minutes for a milkshake then get bad customer service at the drive-thru order menu as well as the window, and then be asked by the person delivering my milkshake if I want to check and make sure the food in my bag is correct with a stupid grin on his face.

Stopped in 10 mins before closing to get a meal for a hungry bunch of kids before heading to our hotel after a day at the beach. Really appreciated how courteous the staff was, food was fresh even though they were closing down, and manager checked in to make sure we had everything we need. We always love the food at Culvers, but the service here was particularly outstanding.
