What a great friendly neighborhood spot. So quaint! Right off the Lakeshore Trail along Muskegon Lake. The breakfast sandwich original or with bacon is absolutely delish! The people working there are the best. The coffee is great. The donuts are delicious too! All cake donuts with something special added. They have a bucket to promote collection of any trash along the water and reward you for helping clean up the area. What a nice idea!

Love this place! Just what we needed down by the beach. Really good coffee, really nice people.
Quaint and excellent customer service. The doughnuts are made fresh daily and were delicious ? w/a cup of freshly brewed coffee.

Wanted to try this place for a long time and my only regret is not stopping by sooner. They have the lightest, most authentic doughnuts in town. I had heard their niche was artisan doughnuts, and that rumor is very much true! I got a half dozen to try and the gentle fried dough crunch, the smooth mouthfeel, and the perfect balance of sugar and dough created a nostalgia I have searched for in a doughnut for years. They generally have a theme and variation on old fashioned style doughnuts. I additionally got a breakfast sandwich, coffee, and picked up a trash bucket they offered for free coffee in exchange for beach trash. They have multiple sustainability initiatives as well from their compostable cups to their trash deal. I am thrilled to reappear at this establishment.
Vegetarian options: Impossible sausage and and vegan cheese options. Majority of menu appears vegetarian. Would need to double check on doughnut ingredients.
Dietary restrictions: They had vegan, vegetarian, and nondairy accommodations for sandwiches and coffee. I did not check on gluten free options or if the doughnuts were vegan. They were very open and accommodating while I debated my choices (I eat less dairy) and did not judge whatsoever.
Parking: While the lot surrounding the business only accommodates about 10 spots, next door is an under-utilized free parking lot. Street parking is also accessible and readily available.
Wheelchair accessibility: The side door on the right when facing the business is level with the parking lot. I did not look for a handicap door button, but the cashier is next to the door and able to hold it open/notice someone approaching who would need assistance. The interior may be a bit small for a fully electric wheelchair, but it will fit in, be able to order, and you can see product from eye level if you are standing in the middle of the store. There are also multiple menus for ease of access.
