We are new to the Muskegon area, and today we ordered your three meat and two sides for lunch, and were very impressed with Dr. Rolf's Barbecue. Lake was our server, he was polite and a consummate professional. The flavor profile for the brisket, pulled pork, and ribs was delicious and the collard greens, green beans, and cornbread waffle were a perfect accompaniment. Additionally, the house made BBQ sauces were unique and tasty.... we definitely plan on returning... thanks...
