The staff was friendly. It was a nice place to eat. Being from Chicago the pizza here was ok. The cheese blend tasted like a heavy Parmesan and mozzarella mix. Very little sauce. The crust was thin and crispy in spots. Pizza wasn't for me but it was voted #1 according to their shirts. The bartender was great. She worked her butt off to get people their drinks. She made a mean vodka martini. If this is your jam you should check it out.

I have now eaten at both Grand Haven and Muskegon.
15 years ago it was by far the worst pizza ever.
15 years later, still the worst pizza.
Our server was very sweet and she made one hell of a caramel apple pie whiskey drink.
I have to say I'll never eat here again!!!

We had a great Waitress with excellent service but the pizza is nothing I could recommend to anyone.It had such a odd taste.I wanted to try the place but once was more than enough for me.

Saturday night, not super busy. Never had any issues requesting a window seat. Apon request we were told, "yeah, I think so." We were brought to a different table. I ask again about the window table, two were open. The server was more worried about getting the table than giving us the window seat. Her response was rude.
Now here is my speel. I am a fulltime working mother of two. Occasionally I have time to take my 12 year old out to dinner and spend much needed time with him. Our choice was the window table due to watching the boats and making conversations. We usually share laughs about the boats even. My son is mentally disabled. This was our time. He didn't understand why we couldn't have the window table. "It's right there." He said.
When I asked about the window table again, I was told it was for the next customer. So I asked to wait then. The servers at the bar wernt really having it and joked about us waiting. In return we just left and went to red wok.
What happened to customer service? We love Fricanos but as a Mother, I won't teach my children that it is OK to be treated rudely.

Fast friendly staff and small menu that they do right. It always seems weird to look out over the inlet of Muskegon Lake and not be able to order any seafood but understand their concept of a small menu.

I enjoyed the location and atmosphere with the family. The young ladies did a nice job serving. I would encourage you to request that the crust be well done if you prefer a crispier crust. The pizza was in the middle of the road for me.

When I could eat flour and dairy, this was my second most favorite pizza in the world. Perhaps somedayi can indulge again! I'm a new participant in the Wednesday even car show, but I'll be back because the people are wonderful.
