Absolutely terrible service. Sat forever hardly had that many ppl in there. Don’t recommend. Just go to Mr b’s. Ur better off making food at home

My husband son and I decided to make the hour drive to get dinner on Christmas due to nothing else being open and we really didn’t feel like cooking. From the second we walked in to the second we walked out it was not a good experience. From waiting 5+ minutes to be greeted with only one other To-Go customer at the front, to the staff lying to us among other people that they were out of burgers but magically somehow finding burgers later after we changed our order, to finding a hair in the food we had to re order for our son. Thankfully our server was able to take care of all the discrepancies on our bill but overall was not pleased especially when lying to customers is something that is told to do.

The food was good, but that was the only positive thing about this experience. The bathrooms were gross and were not stocked, trash over flowing and all over the floor. We sat for over 30 minutes before a server even came to our table, there were only 3 other tables with people. Didn't get asked if we wanted refills on our drinks. Server wasn't very friendly or efficient at all. Definitely will not be going back.

While the food was good 3/4 of our table(3 out of 4) had to ask multiple times for their order to be completed. We sat for almost 40 mins with only 5 other tables total being occupied. Our waitress was able to serve 2 other tables and take a complaint from 1 of those tables before we had to ask a server who wasn't on the clock to take our orders. Her reply was she wasn't on the clock but she'd grab the server who is. Once the food was finally served mine was the only order made right that wasn't missing parts or made wrong. All of this started at 10:15 pm. Ultimately none of the 4 of us will ever waste our money on a place that can't even have the correct server do their job regardless of how good or tasty the food may be.
