The older bartender on 4/30 around 7:45pm took our order and when I got the reciept to sign it said 15 and 9 the total was $29..15+9 does not equal $29 it equals $24. It ended up being $32.74 after taxes. When we asked her about it she said there was a $2 takeout fee...okay that explains $2 but where the heck is the other $3?
I have been eating at a Chans for more than 50 years. Our family celebrated many occasions from the original restaurant to the big beautiful one on Seaway to the bistro now, the food has always been fabulous!
My husband celebrated his 80th Birthday with his family (18 of us) in the private room. It had a TV so we could watch the football game. The food was very very good especially the crab rangoon, they actually had crab in them. The service was exceptional. One waitress for all of us and none of us had to wait for drinks or food. The appetizers came out right away. Our server was Dawn and she was so attentive and sweet. It was a wonderful experience!
