Very poor quality of food, the salad is a few chunks of iceberg lettuce and 2 carrot slices, The soup is no better. Very subpar food. Dirty floor, dirty rag pushed in the corner., dark atmosphere, if the floor flithy the kitchen is probably too, You are paying for a high quality meal, you are getting tableside entertainment. That is all. .

The hibachi chefs are fun, engaging, and put on a great show, which makes the experience really enjoyable. The hibachi food is delicious, and the service has always been friendly and attentive. It's a great place to celebrate birthdays or other special occasions.
My one concern is the fish in the restaurant. Their tank appeared to have a very low water level, and it was concerning to see. I hope the restaurant gives them the care they need, as it would make the overall experience even better.

I liked my roll. However, idk why all the minced fish. If i pay almost 20 for a roll i expect there to be pieces of fish. Not minced.

Devin is an absolutely wonderful server! He needs a raise! He was taking care of multiple tables and still being attentive and sweet to every table!! Logan was such a great chef! He also deserves a raise!! He was so kind and made a great show!

I ordered Sizzling beef stirfry with vegetables… because I really Wanted and expected stirfry vegetables. What I got was beef with a few strands of onion. When I called thinking that a mistake had been made, and they forgot my vegetables, I was told that onions are Vegetables. When I pointed out that onions are a vegetable, but their Menu listed vegetables plural. The person I spoke with said I don’t care what the menu says onions are vegetable and that’s the way it comes. I asked if we could take the opportunity to make this right and let me come back and pick up some vegetables. I was told no. We can’t do that. I gave the person I spoke with on the phone multiple opportunities to make this right, and the person just said no this is the way it comes. We’re not going to do anything. I said I would really like to make this right because I come here often, but I can always go somewhere else in the future. I was told to go ahead and do that… So I guess I will

We drove an hour to eat at Kazumi Hibachi Grill and left extremely disappointed. The food was amazing and the hibachi cook did a wonderful job, which is the only reason this review isn’t worse. I honestly feel bad for the cooks because they clearly put effort into the food and experience, but the service completely took away from it.
There was only one other table in the restaurant, so it was not busy at all, yet we still felt like we were an inconvenience to our server. That was very frustrating, especially after driving that far and looking forward to a nice dinner. Good food can only go so far when the service makes you feel unwelcome. The cooks deserve recognition, but the service was extremely disappointing and needs serious improvement.

Kazumi used to be our favorite place for girls lunch. We always got hibachi and it was so fun. The last time the guy barely did anything but throw the spactualas and we got significantly less food than we usually do. We all kind of looked at it and went where is the rest.

We ordered yellowtail sushi, veggie sushi and steak teriyaki, the portions are too small and the teriyaki sauce tastes too sweet. Veggie sushi is not the one I expected from a Sushi restaurant.
