When I first to Muskegon I had to stop at a local family owned restaurant for dinner. I ordered the “BABY KING BURRITO without onions 😌💕😌” and it was sooo delicious, freshly-cooked, and just the right amount of food; enough to have some for later. So now each time before I drive to Grand Rapids to visit home I grab one or two for the road and eat before I leave Muskegon. Tried this place during downtime at my job.
The staff here were very pleasant to interact with, and the place had a homey, authentic ambiance.
The actual food itself landed pretty solidly in 'meh' territory for me, unfortunately. I didn't finish my meal and asked for a to-go box to be polite.
Maybe the other items on the menu are a lot better and I was just unlucky.
I'll give this place...

Excellent mexican food. Its even worth driving across town for this food. I love their taco special on Tuesdays and Fridays. I wish they were open on Sundays also. I highly recommend this place and the staff has always been very friendly when I have stopped in for carry out or dining in. You can stop in and order carry out and your food will be done super fast.
