My gosh, first timer, thus November 2024, what wasni waiting so long to try, best chicken tenders and the sides, great stuff, need to nake your way to Holland.

Parking: Limited on parking. The drive through line gets long most evenings.

Very nice people, pretty good food if you like chicken. I personally like the original recipe chicken strips but to each their own.

Had three tablespoons of butter come out of the biscuits and oil dripping out of the potato wedges. I have video!

The sweet tea tastes like mildew :( food was good but the tea always tasted like whatever it sits in has never been cleaned

You know I haven't been back here to this location in about 2 years and don't go to any of there other locations as well there floors are pretty much sticky no matter which location you go to but I will say some are definitely more disgusting than others especially one in Kentucky absolutely disgusting but one of my main reasons for not wanting to go back was this location try to pawn off scraps of chicken as a whole piece of chicken and there prices even back then were absolutely outrageous but I have seen some of there prices in today's times and it's absolutely no excuse but I'm pretty certain they have all kinds of excuses why they charge do much.

Parking: It's on a busy cross street.
Maby 10 cars worth of parking.
And if the drive-through is full
getting out of the parking spots can be difficult

Disappointed ?

This was my first visit here which I told the gal when ordering. She quickly told me some choices of chicken with no explanation. I ordered and then realized I got some with no breading on it and asked if it could be exchanged BEFORE it was even bagged and she wouldn't. It was rather frustrating with the quick explanation and I did not understand my choices and felt the gal was not willing to help a new customer.

So today I ordered a 8 piece family chicken strips meal and a chicken sandwich. When I got home I had no dipping sauce, the chicken sandwich which used to be a full filet was now two chicken strips on it. The strips were also coated lighty. So for almost 45.00 worth of chicken which was a disappointment!

The AI ordering system is a joke. Staff friendly, nice.... Chicken tates ok but strip and breast sizes are a joke also, you would think they are using baby chickens, will goto apple location next time
