your business practices are pretty sketchy.
Don’t waste your money! I stopped in this past week for a plain bagel with plain cream cheese & it was in the early afternoon . I was the only customer there, paid at the window and it smelled like something was burning. I pulled away to head home and when stopped took out 1/4 of sliced bagel and saw the edge of a charred bagel! We used to love Brooklyn Bagels other than the occasional we don't have any bagels (Odd since that's literally in the name) but within the last 6 months they have gone downhill. Brooklyn's serves excellent food and beverages, with a top-notch bagel selection and spreads. Their smoothies are a highlight, and breakfast or lunch options like the big egg bagel sandwich and mocha are a treat. While it is a bit pricey, the quality justifies the cost. However, recent visits have shown some concerns, such as long waits and occasional shortages of bagels. The management seems lacking, with reports of young staff struggling during busy times. Despite these issues, the food remains good, and coffee is hot as usual. It continues to be a great spot for a bite of good food, but it may not be ideal for young children, and the convenience factor is diminishing.
