The food, service, and atmosphere are always great at all of the locations here in West michigan. I've always enjoyed their coffee as well as breakfast and lunch options. I like that they offer burritos and wraps. However today we didn't have the best experience, only giving four stars due to our food was put together poorly, they cut the bagels really weird and our sandwiches completely fell apart due to it. And I ordered green peppers on my sandwich however did not...
Got 2 hot chais one with brown sugar and expresso. She set both drinks down, I started to ask which was which and she cut me off saying they're marked, quite rudely. No one behind us at the time. And we had to really stir the chai, it wasn't dissolved so lots of floating dry chai. Not impressed. Sunday 1/18 at 3pm.
Bagels are great and the service is very friendly but the lattes are disgustingly sweet, like drinking the syrup straight from the bottle. Somehow even when I asked the barista to make my coffee with half the syrup it was still too sweet and completely overpowered the taste of the coffee. Great place to eat, but I'll get my latte fix elsewhere.
