i work next door at MKG, and I have absolutely nothing but good things to say about this place and their staff! There’s a certain young woman who’s there most days and she’s truly a peach. The food is amazing, I’ve never had any complaints or issues! I especially love their chicken, and the Mac and cheese is probably the best here downtown I’ve had in a long time! Had soup others in the group had chili dogs chicken strips, roast beef ect. All said it was very good. Service was good especially for a larger group. Atmosphere is very nice, chairs were a Little hard but normal for a tavern style place.
We've enjoyed stopping in Friday nights after Parties in the Park for a bite to eat. Food is great for bar food, and the service we get is outstanding. Staff is friendly, and they check in frequently enough to keep us happy. We do avoid the extreme busy times, as we're not into big crowds.
