Ordered through the drive thru online and they didn't even know what my order was and I had to tell them every little thing that was in it. Then we started driving back and I was missing my nuggets and ketchup in my meal deal. So I drive back to McDonald's and check my burger and they didn't even get that right despite me telling them in that moment. One of my worst experiences at McDonald's.

Close to home , usually has good deals on the app , food taste good , good customer service , sometimes I may have to wait in the drive through for a little bit , depends on the time of day I happen to go there

Dead bugs all over the windows sills. Got served my food on a dirty tray. I'm rating the 3 as 5 star because food is to be expected. It's fast food. I know what I'm getting. Service was great and the atmosphere is good as well. Wasn't keen on sticking my arm in someone else's bbq sauce. Address the cleanliness of the restaurant and I think you have a good thing going.
