Worst MCD ever, I ordered food which I paid for, sent my son to pick it up and they wouldn’t give it to him. Got charged on my bank, and they took points from my App! I explained I had surgery and couldn’t drive there myself! The manager on duty “John “ said that wasn’t allowed! Excuse me??
I sent my son all the info to pick up my food! Corporate should be aware of this!
Very disappointed with how I received my order tonight. I ordered 2 Big Mac meals, a crispy chicken sandwich, and 2 double cheeseburgers no mustard…
Fries were great, that’s about the only thing that was good.
The Coke tasted like it was out of syrup almost. Very watered down.
The Big Macs, both of them did not have any sauce on them.

rude employees. pulled up to order. I thought they said can i help you. so I started to talk. they yelled at me that they were not talking to me, I had to wait.
