If I could give negative stars I would. I came on my lunch break at 11 and spent the entire break waiting for 1 McDouble and small fry and couldn’t get any help from any employees. They were more focused on the drive thru and giving attitude toward everyone waiting. Slowest most unprofessional McDonald’s I’ve been to in a while. I’d skip and try the next one save your time and money.

The people here are unbelievable lazy and don’t care about customer service. I’ve come here multi time with employees being rude. Placed order thru phone to go thru drive thru to be told I need to come inside because her screen was frozen. I said can’t you just walk to another screen and she says no you need to come inside. Do your legs not work either. Nor the windows in the drive thru. Honestly and rude.

Seriously when I order no ice in my lemonade I don't expect it to be completely watered down to the point I'm only tasting water 😡😡 I pay way too much for that damn lemonade for y'all to do me like that. Plus one of my nuggets was seriously soggy AF and my burger wasn't even on the soggy ass bun! Do better!!

We arrived at the location about 10 minutes before closing and placed our order via the mobile app. By the time we reached the drive-thru line, it was 5 minutes before close (10:55 pm). However, when I mentioned the mobile order, the attendant informed us that they couldn’t serve it because they were closing in 5 minutes. While I understand we arrived close to closing, the order had been placed and paid for before the official closing time of 11 pm. If the policy is to stop serving a few minutes early, that should be clearly stated. Not a huge issue, but it made for a frustrating experience.
They are ok when they answer the speaker in the drive through. The bagel on my breakfast sandwich was hard as a rock. Much better when Chris McMullin ran this place. It continues to nose dive.

One thing about McDonald's is you know what to expect, and the bar is low. Placed an order through the app, set outside in the parking lot for 25 minutes waiting on a simple order. Ordered 2 double cheeseburgers, a McChicken, and a med fry. Had to call and finally started to go in to get my order and was meet outside with it. I was told they were short handed.

This location is incapable of correctly preparing an order. We order on the mobile app and then go through the drive thru. Ordering for only 3 people, we are always told to pull past the second window, where we have to wait for 20 minutes. I ordered 2 cheeseburger meal with no onions, and no mustard. I received two cheeseburgers, with lots of onions, mustard, and no pickles. My wife ordered a deluxe cheeseburger with no onions, it had tons of onions on it. They took the pickles off our daughter’s hamburger.
There is always something wrong or missing every time we come here, and the wait is outrageous for a fast food restaurant. This will be the last time we come here.
