Today I used the Mobil app to order. And when doing so it took 10 minutes for my order. And when I got my food I was missing part of my order. So I had my boyfriend go inside to get what was missing. The lady behind the counter made eye contact with him and then turned around and ignored him. He waited at the counter for almost another 10 minutes with nobody coming to talk to him.
And then I called to inform them of this and I get told “well I’m sorry we’re short staffed” and then was HUNG UP ON! This is absolutely ridiculous. I didn’t even get all of the food that I paid for.

I visited on a Saturday at dinnertime and there was nobody inside but me. The food was pretty quick to be ready and was made correctly with my customizations. 5 stars from my experience today.

I frequently come to this McDs drive through. Today, I went inside because the drive through line was long. They were busy. I was very impressed to see the manager address two employees talking about their weekend plans. She seemed to care about the service and understood that they needed to get through this wave of orders. Respect. Also, my food order is rarely wrong from this location.

The man in the tie ruins my coffee on days he works, can we put him somewhere else pls?
After explaining and even having to spell our order modifications, they still placed the order wrong. Attempts to correct it were met with confusion and we had to just take the mistakes as is. Seemed to be a language and training issue.

I ordered delivery. I ordered a large Carmel frappe with no whip, What I got was a half filled Carmel frappe with whip cream so I drive there and get it fixed, come home to eat my food, and I ordered a sausage bagel, what I got was a bagel with a burger patty on it. So disappointing.

I've been to this location a handful of times and everytime the crew is arguing, yelling and cussing at each other. It is so uncomfortable for the customer...and their children! Management needs to do better.
