I visited a few years ago and thought it was mediocre. The past few months, I work close by and am always upset at the McDonald's close by so I've been visiting this location and have been very happy. I love that they have Pepsi products and burgers are made to order fresh. The food is good and fair priced. The customer service is amazing, Char in the drive-thru is always nice and makes me feel like a valued customer.

Extremely appalling behavior from the young female employees (one being the line cook with short hair and a vape) who were working today on 9/15 around 1pm. My boyfriend was publicly berated after ordering some burger bundles inside, because he hadn’t tipped them. Meanwhile he had no clue tips were even accepted at this place! He has no problem tipping, had he knew! Once he realized what was happening, he felt horrible and ran out to the car, grabbed a wad of cash and proceeded back inside to leave the tip. I’m very thankful to the Good Samaritan who heard everything and spoke up, and advised my boyfriend NOT to leave the tip after that disgusting behavior. Before he could even get into his car with the food, the female employees came barging out of a side door yelling amongst each other. Needless to say, we won’t be back the next time we’re visiting family in Muskegon.
Hopefully other kind, unsuspecting folk don’t wind up with spit on their food for UNKNOWINGLY not tipping at this fast food joint! 🗑️👎🏻

I have never witnessed such terrible service. Three young girls that were working on 9/15 were so out of line. A customer came in, placed an order, patiently waited... meanwhile the employees complained the entire time about having to make his order & that he did not tip. The entire dinning room could hear them & the customer felt so bad went out to his car & got them a tip. These girls did NOT deserve a single cent more from this man after their behavior. Extremely disgusted by their actions. A little kindness & a class in customer service might do these young girls some good, maybe then you will start receiving tips you deserve.

Last night we order burgers and fries from Mr Quicks. The burgers were burnt horribly and so much mayonnaise it was disgusting. The fries were half cooked. We use to love their food. Not so much anymore
