We had such a wonderful experience at Muskegon Brewery, and a huge part of that was our server Tim!! He was absolutely fantastic—friendly, attentive, personable, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our visit. You could tell he genuinely cared about making our experience enjoyable. Great service can make all the difference, and Tim definitely went above and beyond. We will definitely be back!
Floors were disgusting and covered with food. The help simply wiped the food off the tables onto the floor. Had to wipe food off the chairs. Mac n Cheese was not hot but the wings were awesome.

Management needs some training through. Unprofessional in their decision to deride their employees on the floor in front of customers about nothing important. You’ve got a good staff. Treat them better.
