Qdoba is one of my favorite places however this location has gone downhill recently. This is usually my go-to Qdoba location however there was trash everywhere on the patio, food all over the chairs and tables, and the food was not the greatest. I ordered a burrito and a burrito bowl for my partner. My burrito wasn't missing anything however the rice was undercooked and hard. I didn't like crunching on the rice with every bite.. my partner was missing extra sour cream (he didn't get any in his bowl), and he ended up with salsa and beans in his bowl even though we didn't order any in his. I don't know if they gave us the wrong bowl? The employees were nice and they were very busy today so I understand that but because they were so busy (the line was out the door literally) I didn't want to come back around and have them remake the meals. We had already waited there half an hour for our order which isn't the employee's fault because it's just quite busy today and a lot of customers. I wish this location could improve their cleanliness and ensure everything is cooked properly. I would love to keep coming back..

The entire place was dirty. Multiple people standing around waiting a very long time for their online orders while people walking in and placing their orders at the counter got their food right away. I waited an hour and witnessed the employees barely doing anything while there was no line at the counter for in person orders, and 2 employees made themselves food very quickly and sat down to eat while online orders still weren't being fulfilled. I got in line to get a refund after all that time waiting because my children were very hungry and I wanted to get food somewhere else at that point. One of the employees noticed me and was trying not to smile and the the one employee doing the online orders finally started on mine when he noticed I got in line at the counter. I got my refund and the excuse that he was very busy and had to step out to take a call and that's why it took an hour. This location is absolutely the worst one, by far.

Every once and awhile you can get a good bowl here but more often than not they dont have anything prepped and either skimp or wont be able to give you what you want at all. Just got 2 pieces of green peppers when I asked for peppers because they were pretty much out. No pickled onions, I get these when skimped on peppers. No guac. Out of at least 5 other things. Just received the saddest qdoba bowl ever made.

Absolutely the worse experience I've ever had with an online order. Their was atleast a dozen people waiting on pick up orders, yet they had 3 people working on in store orders and 1 doing online orders. My order was supposed to be ready at 6:54 my food was finally brought out at 7:57 and I wasn't even offered an apology. In that hour I saw atleast 20 people come into the store an get their order at the counter. At one point I over heard an employee ask if they should stop the line and was told "no they take priority"... like are you kidding me? My order is an hour past due and someone that just walked in gets priority? At no point was their even an apology or an acknowledgement that they even cared. This is the 3rd time i have ordered from this location and it will definitely be my last, I've had issues everytime but was very understanding this time is ridiculous.

Maximum velocity Motivation

Although the service was actually very good, probably due to the fact that we went right when they opened up when we got home, I ordered three tacos with steak and pulled pork and as I was eating it, I felt something in my mouth and when I pulled it out, it was a large piece of plastic I don’t know how this could happen, but if this would’ve been a child, it could’ve choked them or caused serious harm. These people need to do a little bit better.

Don't pick up a order from here they are super slow and not very friendly. Been standing here 10 mins and still haven't been helped or asked what order i have and this is sapossed to be fast pace and a priority but it's the total opposite. Like the last 5 times I been here it gets worse and worse.

I thought I was going to eat here ! Food under multiple tables as you walk in! Passing the hot bar in the kitchen area on my way to the restroom, complete filth! Food, gloves, trash EVERYWHERE! The restrooms were no better.
I would be so embarrassed if I owned this franchise!
Employees are friendly enough, but need some serious health and sanitation education! I worry about what is in the back prep area and its cleanliness. Keeping a clean store can be done. Have pride of ownership and pass it on to your employees! Please!

Update: I understand you quickly monitor reviews, but a free meal or other compensation won't solve the deeper issues at hand. I believe this location has the potential to be a successful part of your franchise, but it requires a serious commitment to cleanliness, proper training, and consistent enforcement of health and safety standards. I hope you'll take these concerns to heart and work to create a dining experience your customers can trust.

The place is always so filthy, the floors were really bad. There was a sign up with a WE code to fill out a survey for “free chips & queso” so I filled it out. It was not queso, the code the survey gave was for salsa but they didn’t tell me that until after they gave me the large bowl of queso and charged me for it. Not happy about that, and other than that, yeah the place was a mess.

I was very excited to get some qdoba, but very disappointed in it. I love the rice, but the brown rice looked extremely dry and the white rice had huge chunks of stuff in it. The queso also had large chunks of the veggies in it. My chips are falling apart way worse than normal and little too no salt. One of my favorite places ruined.

Quality of the food has dropped way off. Vegetables were burnt, cut in extremely different size. Staff did not seem interested and tables in dine in needed to be wiped down. For the price, the speed does not make up for all these details.

They where very skimpy on the rice and then they told me that they are out of guacamole, which they should’ve had a sign on the door or at the beginning, saying that they were out of guacamole My family was very disappointed and I should probably get a refund for not having half my food ready and it was cold when I got it Manager was not even there when I was there In the evening

This is the second time in a row I've gotten bad service and I spent 47 something and the steak was horribly tough and I asked for a little extra sour cream and I believe it was the manager literally drowned my steak bowl with sour cream i asked for extra rice just to make it not so much like soup and they wanted to charge me for it.. I used to love going here but its went down hill fast... there's plenty of other places i could of spent my almost 100 bucks in the last 2 visits. Very disappointing and couldn't even eat my dinner. Another disappointing trip
I don't know y people go here anymore u order a large bowl 1 scoop of rice 1 small scoop of meat 1 scoop of corn if u want extra anything it's more money like wtf it's dirty the staff r rude and let u stand there waiting for 15 min like get it together
