The changes to red lobster are great. The portions are very abundant and the calamari was way better than before .shrimp size was big and juicer thin before. Keep up with the improvements.

The lobster was wayyyy over cooked. The staff forgot to bring out my potatoes and broccoli. Server was over worked (meaning she was not available often). For my first experience at a red lobster, lets just say I will not go back.

Smells like death. Entire restaurant is very gross. Only could get drinks could not stomach the smell to get anything else. It’s more of a rotten seafood smell. Staff is amazing.

Please explain the point of a reservation system when you get here on time and still have to wait a hour plus past your reservation time. Piss poor service.

The tarter sauce recipe has changed. Huge disappointment. Huge. The current tarter sauce is more consistent with a dressing. Thinner. Please let us know when this trial phase is over and you bring back the tarter sauce. I just have a difficult time believing this new side dip for the fish will be permanent.

The fish was awful, tasted very fishy for flounder. The coleslaw tasted like vinegar and the fries tasted like the whole spice jar was dumped on them and was inedible. The steak, lobster and broccoli were very good for the other person.
The waitress was great and took the fish off my bill. Very attentive and nice.

My dining experience at this red lobster was the best dining experience ever. Nick was my server and he went above and beyond with his extraordinary service with a smile.
I observed the other servers smiling, laughing, and just having a good time serving and clearing tables.
This facility was clean and the food was fantastic.
