I recently visited as part of a conference and I asked for an iced lavender matcha which was not listed as part of the menu. The barista (I wish I knew her name!) was so kind by being willing to make it for me. She let me know she was fairly new and was going to use the recipe book to make sure she got it right. She was so careful to make sure it was correct and was invested in whether or not I liked it when it was finished. It was delicious and she did great! Amazing customer...
I personally love this location ! It’s so slept on because it’s located inside of the delta hotel & the hours on google are wrong fyi ! They are open EVERYDAY from 630am to 4pm!
I was very impressed with their customer service. I contacted them to change the reservation as I made a mistake and they were very accommodating in helping to correct.
Check in and out was a breeze for my in-laws because of the great customer service department they have.
Very pleased with this experience.
Highly recommend staying here.
