I have been to many Texas Road houses and have never been disappointed. Great food and great service. HOWEVER..the Muskegon location is the exception, waited an hour and 30 minutes to get our group of 10 seated, which on a Saturday night is somewhat acceptable considering they were Very busy. My meal and 3 others were just plain unacceptable. My friend asked for medium and got extra well, no problem sent the steak back and it came back exact same. I ordered the 14oz Fort Worth...
Thank you to Eliana for being the best server I’ve had at Texas Roadhouse. When I got there we were on a waiting list, it was busy as usual but we waited over an hour and they ended up letting 3 different parties go before us. When we called the Manger, he was extremely nice about it and kept apologizing even though it’s wasn’t his fault.
Went New Year's Eve with wife was sat by door and had to wear our coats while ate wife loved her meal my ribs were the worst ribs I've ever had so dry I didn't eat them and BBQ sauce was burnt was disgusting
