Our server Makenna was wonderful! The food was very well prepared and delicious. My wife had the salmon and said it was the best she ever had, especially with the cherry sauce on top. I had the perch & fries and the cornmeal coating on the fish made for a very delicious meal. We ordered the soup as an appetizer which was beef & mushroom. It could have been a slight bit warmer but the flavor and the amount of ingredients in it was too good to really complain about it. Plus...
Top quality food. Bartender needed to be called every time for attention. Atmosphere is great but we were denied a table without a reservation. Several tables were free for the entire 1.5 hours I was there, so not sure about that.
We had dinner for Valentine's Day. I had perch, she had Walleye. We had their great onion rings as an appetizer. Our server was excellent. All this made for a memorable evening.
