I tried to order this morning for delivery at about 8am. Both door dash and the TS app said they were closed. Ok so we waited a bit and finally just figured, let's just pick it up. No big deal. We got all the way there at about 10 and I noticed the app was now accepting orders. So I ordered online to get points and normally have no issue getting it on the drive thru. This time we went through and was told, nope, you have to pick it up inside. OK fine. We go in and the staff were all super unfriendly looking. OK fine, you're busy. Whatever. We walk up to the counter and ask for our order. In a deadpan voice the worker said my name and just plopped the bag of food on the counter unceremoniously. No smile, no thank you nothing. And they just turned around and went back to doing stuff. The food was amazing but not sure it's worth it if I have to go through all the extra steps and I'm treated like a nuisance.

Missing ingredients in almost every food item. (Eggs mixing from cali flatbread, peanut butter missing from smoothie) Staff always sound like they wish you weren't there. My entire family loves this franchise and were so excited this was built so close to us; I wish it could get the staff and training it needs to live up to the name.

The smoothies are delicious however every time we go there the staff is awful. Ordered a salad got a wrap instead the first time and was told to specify better. People who work in customer service need to have better attitudes towards the customers buying their product. It's every time we go there

THE TROPICAL SMOOTHIE CAFE IN MUSKEGON IS TRASH! THEY LET MY BOWLS SIT OUT AND MELT WHILE WAITING ON A DASHER! THE MANAGER WAS RUDE AND I NEVER RECEIVED A REFUND! NOW I HAVE TO DRIVE TO THE ONE IN GRAND HAVEN IF I WANT A BOWL ! DO NOT SUPPORT THIS PLACE!

Ive been here 3 times and every single time I've come to this location my smoothie is undrinkable. I try to avoid this location as its unbearable but today topped it off as I was given a smoothie that wasn’t even blended and I could see every ingredient just by stirring it.

I ALWAYS HAVE WONDERFUL service WHENEVER I stop by and the food is always fresh and hot and out in a good time frame-
Took us around 4 minutes to even get a worker to look at us when we walked in, just to then have a girl stare at us until we started talking. Super weird. As a person who works in service, it’s basic respect to at least ask what someone wants or put a smile on when taking someone’s order, so very unpleasant.

I wish I could give 0 stars for the service aspect of this place. Not a single worker said anything for about 10 minutes and when she took my order just stared at me blankly. Proceeded to slam things around, very unprofessional. Basically threw our smoothies at us when they were done. I’ll never return and make sure everyone is aware of the experience:)!

Used to love this place, but they've gone downhill in recent years. The smoothie I got today is so chunky that I actually can't even drink it, just had to throw it in the trash. Anytime I walk in the staff just look at me as if I just ruined their whole day. This isn't a one-off either. Last time I got a smoothie from here was around a year ago, and it was the same experience for two visits in a row back then. It's the whole reason I stopped visiting this location. Thought I would give it another chance today, but seems they haven't changed at all.
To the staff: I understand you're underpaid and overworked, but so is everyone else. Don't take it out on your customers.
