Do not expect to feel welcome here. I asked questions and got barely one word answers and told I couldn't get certain items instead of suggesting we go about meeting needs in other ways. I think some of these kids really hate their job and it shows. Sad.

I'm floored that this place still is allowed to get away with this HORRIBLE customer service. I placed and order at this location. Then placed another order at the GH location on accident. I called the GH location to cancel that order and was placed on hold for 5m so I hung up and called (what I thought was the GH location) back and canceled the order. Went to pick up my order here and it was the one I canceled. I apologized to the gal making the smoothies multiple times! She just ignored me and complained how I canceled the order. So they remade the 3 smoothies, and then gave me someone else's smoothie they had in the fridge. I didn't question it and just left. At least I know she didn't spit in my items. I'm sorry I'm only human and made a human mistake. I'm sorry I cannot apparently be as perfect at you. But if you really hate your job THAT bad... do us all a favor and leave. Don't go into customer service. Mahalo.

Always great smoothies, but the service at the drive-thru was more inefficient than usual.

I ordered an ohana breeze smoothie and did not like it at all. So I asked if I could swap it out less than 5 minutes later and was told I could not. Which wouldn't have been a problem if I didnt pay $8 for this drink. I would've liked to have been given the option of a refund at least but unfortunately that wasn't the case.

We were worried after reading the reviews but we were really in the mood for a smoothie and they tasted really good and the staff were very friendly. Happily surprised.

Food & smoothies are good but I only come here when I have coupons cause holy moly these employees absolutely hate working here. Completely ignored for 3 minutes. No help or we’ll be right with you. Nothing. The guy at the register was so rude & rushed. The outside of the building in the parking lot has trash all over it.

20 bucks for 2 smoothies that are never made correctly. 1 time had to have re-made twice. Can't get a refund but they will offer another poorly made smoothie. Not worth it especially if you have to travel like i do

Absolutely awful location. Has made my order incorrectly the last 2 times I’ve visited, given me broken straws/lids, and the employees acted annoyed with me for even being there. I contacted customer service about the incorrect orders and never received a response. Unfortunately, it’s much more worth it to drive an extra 10 minutes to the Grand Haven location.

This location is a disgrace to the Tropical Cafe smoothie name. I've been here probably 50 times since it opened. Every time there's a problem.
Today on April 10th I went through the drive thru to grab my 1 item mobile order. I was told I could no longer go through the drive- thru to pickup because it's summer now and I'm wasting their time by waiting in line. (To add the drive thru was completely empty). Every person who's ever worked here has been rude or incompetent to do their job. Done giving them my business.

I tried to order this morning for delivery at about 8am. Both door dash and the TS app said they were closed. Ok so we waited a bit and finally just figured, let's just pick it up. No big deal. We got all the way there at about 10 and I noticed the app was now accepting orders. So I ordered online to get points and normally have no issue getting it on the drive thru. This time we went through and was told, nope, you have to pick it up inside. OK fine. We go in and the staff were all super unfriendly looking. OK fine, you're busy. Whatever. We walk up to the counter and ask for our order. In a deadpan voice the worker said my name and just plopped the bag of food on the counter unceremoniously. No smile, no thank you nothing. And they just turned around and went back to doing stuff. The food was amazing but not sure it's worth it if I have to go through all the extra steps and I'm treated like a nuisance.

Missing ingredients in almost every food item. (Eggs mixing from cali flatbread, peanut butter missing from smoothie) Staff always sound like they wish you weren't there. My entire family loves this franchise and were so excited this was built so close to us; I wish it could get the staff and training it needs to live up to the name.

The smoothies are delicious however every time we go there the staff is awful. Ordered a salad got a wrap instead the first time and was told to specify better. People who work in customer service need to have better attitudes towards the customers buying their product. It's every time we go there
