Only coming here because my daughter loves it! We visit the Muskegon Wingstop weekly, and while the food is okay, the service is brutal. The employees are incredibly unwelcoming and act like your presence is an inconvenience. Since the nearest alternative is in Grand Rapids, they have a monopoly on our wing cravings, but the terrible customer service makes it a frustrating experience every single time.

Ordered online and got a hot chicken sandwich, boneless wings and the corn. The corn and boneless wings were wonderful, very tasty. Im a sauce girly and these didnt need any sauce. The chicken sandwich was alright. Chicken on it was very thin but still good. I’d go somewhere else though for a chicken sandwich. If you’re craving wings though this place is good. No bathrooms and atmosphere of the place seems like a grab n go. Just place your wing order online...

Mounty was very nice, patient and very welcoming and I definitely give him a A+ for sure especially being that he was here by himself and he was very quick with service and y’all need many more like him and he made sure the food was fresh. Keep up the great job Mounty
