Okay there is a woman that always works the drive thru, not sure of name but a bigger woman anyway, she is extremely rude every single time we go there. Then on top of it she doesn't wear gloves or a mask. Rips my card out of my hand. I need to figure out how to contact people higher up cuz she is terrible. And they have the nerve to post signs about, refusing service if the customer is rude, if should work both ways, she is an absolute terror. We will never go there again with her working there. If I could I'd give it a zero.

The Philly Beef sandwich, cheddar fries and shakes are great! Rarely ever had my order messed up here unlike many other food chains! Always been better than Marquette’s Beef-A-Roo! Delicious!

I love their sandwiches and cheese fries. A bit high on prices but they're just a small company in a small town.
We ordered 2 shakes, a large and a small. The large was filled half way, it was the same size as the small when compared. While we were ordering, we could hear through the intercom, the workers joking and using vulgar language!! Getting more and more disappointed with this place every time we go. Tried uploading the photo of the shakes but conveniently the file is too large.

Drive-thru only was a bummer, I understand the Covid Precautions and all, but the menu is a time warp and would be better suited with more description. Portions were fairly small for the price, Fries were pretty good. Beef and Cheddar was just that, 2.5 oz. Of Roast Beef, 1.5 oz. Of liquid Cheddar. Flavor was good, just portions were smaller than anticipated.
