The last time I visited a Beef-A-Roo was in the 80's in Marquette. I decided to stop in at one of the two remaining UP locations, in Negaunee (the other one is in Iron River) and I was pleasantly surprised with my meal. Very good service and they had an exhaustive menu offering. Highly recommend if only for nostalgic reasons!
My husband and I are traveling in the time of Covid-19. I will also rate restaurants on their handling of the virus. The inside dining is closed in this location and only drive-thru available. The person working the drive-thru was not wearing a mask and it was very disturbing. We ordered two shakes and they were okay. The price for a small and medium shake was $7.29 with tax.

The Philly Beef sandwich, cheddar fries and shakes are great! Rarely ever had my order messed up here unlike many other food chains! Always been better than Marquette’s Beef-A-Roo! Delicious!
