I found it very peculiar that an employee/ possible manager was running around eating a burrito where all the guests could see him From the kitchen to the registers to the dining room at lunch time. No employee lounge? Or pull up a corner table maybe? I get that they get a break but it was kind of obnoxious and unprofessional. Then there is the fact that this particular employee kept calling the young men in my group kids. Dude this group of high school men are way more mature...
I haven't been here in close to 4 years. I was super excited that go, but when I got home to eat I realized they forgot a few things, no biggie, I can deal. But when my food was this tiny little portion of under cooked rice and kinda blah everything else, I've accepted it. Border Grill is no longer the great place it used to be. Sorry guys. You'll have to step it up a bit for this average gal. I I hope you do! Good luck to ya!
Why does Negaunee Border Grill mess up EVERY time I go there? Tonight I order a border burrito with chipotle purre and I get a burrito with no sour cream and is DRENCHED in the fuego sauce. Marquette location always gets my order correct, why is it so difficult at this location?
