I forgot this most recent visit, but if you want to eat it hot when you arrive be sure to call ahead so they have an hour to bake it. This place is a MUST when we are in the U.P. When they make the GF pasties, they clean and sanitize their equipment and surfaces and then they do not use regular flour for 24 hours prior to making their gluten free pasties.
