Brewster's New Buffalo

I really enjoyed everything about this place. They really hit all of the important aspects of a fine dining experience. Great food, wait staff, and ambiance. Especially for a Monday night when I expected a slightly slower service.

Brewster's is beautifully designed, with glass, fire, reflections, indoor/outdoor ambiance. All the food is very high quality. Desserts are made in house. Some staff people have been working there for decades, and it shows in the flow. In season, opt for the patio, and in winter ask for the atrium.

Our server was amazing and very friendly! We have been there twice and the new upgrades to the facility make the atmosphere so much better! It was fine before but it just seems cleaner and classier! The food was great although I pulled the rookie move and left my box with the leftovers at the restaurant!!! Besides that it was great and we will be back!

Thank you to our host and especially our superb server for another wonderful evening, this time sharing my mother's 95th birthday. We love the charcutier board and the wonderful cheeses and olives!! All of our entrees were outstanding. We loved this server as he was so attentive and watched over everything. He poured just about every glass from the two bottles of wine we had and helped make everything for mom more comfortable. If only all servers were this good. Please add him to our profile!!!

We had the dinner for two at $60. You get a salad (nice and fresh), pizza ( best crust ever), main dish ( we had shrimp Alfredo which was delicious), then you get coffee and a scrumptious cookie. Definitely worth going. They do have a place for regular tip and a kitchen tip. Don't be cheap, tip both it's worth it😍

Food was great, service was great. The reason for 3 stars was on the bill. They not only put a tip section in there, but another tip section for the cooks. WHAT?. I already give 20%+ tips, and sometimes try to do it in cash so they don't get robbed by the credit card company, but to add another line for the cooks. The owners might want to think about paying there staff a decent wage instead of looking for the customers to pay it. Just plain nonsense.

After a bad night at the casino, this place put a smile back on my face. My wife and I had one of the best breakfasts I had in a long time. I had the butter bourbon stuffed French toast. My wife biscuits & gravy which she said was one of the best dishes she ever had. Very cozy atmosphere with very nice and bright setup unlike outside. If im in area again I will be back for more. The waitress was fantastic and never had to ask for anything. Strongly recommend this place but make sure you make a reservation or get here early for breakfast ( at least on Sunday), or you'll be waiting.

Food was excellent! Our server, a Brandy, was attentive and friendly while also giving us space to enjoy our meal. Thank you!

The portion sizes were small, our waiter was not attentive, and parking was a challenge. Overall, not a great experience and wouldn't go back there in the future.

The server was magnificent who also made my drinks. It was a wonderful lunch

My girlfriend and I went there this past Saturday (October 18th) and it was a wonderful experience. I have never had a bad experience, in fact, it's always been the opposite.

A really fantastic restaurant that serves a lot of tasty dishes at a fair price. The service was excellent. My only quibble is that they dont take Amex cards
