Thought it would be a lot better for the price. Service was ok. Food overcooked and one was under cooked. One in our party had to wait for their food a good 7mins after everyone was served. Think they read ticket wrong. Food could have been warmer. Guess it was just not our nigjt.
My Husband and I chose Kankakee Grill for our celebratory dinner for our 41st Anniversary. We were so blown away with the service. Absolutely top notch. We had starters of Schrimp cocktails and then Ribeye dinners that were absolutely cooked to perfection. Hats off to Chef Can't wait to return
Food was great. We had the surf and turf (medium rare) and it was cooked perfectly. The sides were fresh and flavorful. It was trivia night, so it was somewhat loud, but not enough to be distracting. Service was excellent even though the restaurant was busy. Definitely will return.
